Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Goodiator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to the Goodiator app, related web pages, and connected features we make available through the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Goodiator.

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for activity that occurs under your account, and for maintaining the security of your sign-in access.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used in a way that creates risk for the service or other users.

Community Rules

Goodiator is intended to support constructive, real-world social connection. You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, stalk, spam, or harm other people.

You also agree not to post unlawful content, hateful content, sexually exploitative material, malware, fraudulent content, or content that violates another person's rights.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you give Goodiator permission to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

This includes content such as reflections, mission reports, squad posts, uploaded media, QR notes, reactions, and related metadata.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to submit the content you upload or share.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or preserve content or accounts when we believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or keep the service working safely.

Goodiator may use moderation reports, automated safeguards, and manual review to make these decisions.

Squad and Shared Features

Some features are designed to share content with a squad or another intended audience inside the app. If you choose to use those features, you understand that the content may be visible to the relevant recipients.

You should not use Goodiator to share sensitive information unless you are comfortable with the level of visibility the feature is designed to provide.

Prohibited Technical Use

You agree not to probe, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service, including any storage, authentication, moderation, or rate-limit systems.

You also agree not to use automated means to access the service except where we explicitly allow it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Goodiator, you acknowledge that our Privacy Policy applies to your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Goodiator at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disable features if we believe a user has violated these Terms or created risk for the service or its users.

Disclaimers

Goodiator is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability of content, or that every moderation or safety issue will be resolved to your satisfaction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodiator and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

If we are ever found liable to you for a claim arising from the service, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of Goodiator after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
